Our story

Jane Foodie began when another curve ball was thrown and another pivot was made.

After surviving a major heart attack at the age of 41 followed by the recession 3 months later, I changed everything — how I lived, how I ate, and how I wanted to show up in the world. Cooking became my healing, and sharing food became my purpose.

What started as a tiny café in a small town of Pearl River grew into a mission:

to make wholesome, comforting, home-cooked meals for real, busy people but make it convenient without compromising on taste and wholesome ingredients. Cooked the way generations before us did it, slow, purposeful and natural.

Every dish we make is rooted in that journey — resilience, family, and love served simply.

Our purpose

To make real, from-scratch meals that support real people. Flash frozen to preserve all the nutrients, flavors & textures. Our only preservative is natures preservative, the freezer!

Whether you’re a student, a parent, a busy professional, or someone rebuilding their health, our purpose is to bring nourishing, delicious food directly to you — with consistency, integrity, and heart.

Food you trust. Convenience without compromise & care you can feel.

Our food

Every Jane Foodie meal begins with real ingredients — vegetables, herbs, spices, and homemade sauces — cooked from scratch the way you’d make them at home.

We slow-cook, freeze-fresh, and carefully portion each dish so you get comfort, nourishment, and flavor without the stress of cooking. No fillers, no shortcuts, no mystery ingredients.

Just honest food made with heart.
