We start with premium chicken breast, hand-trim it into bite-size pieces, and coat each one in a light panko crust. The bites get a light spray of olive oil and are air-fried in our oven until golden and crisp. Then we finish them with our lemon sauce, made with real butter, fresh lemon, garlic, salt, and pepper, and flash freeze them to lock in flavor and texture.
Heat and eat. No thawing, no baking tray required. It comes fully cooked in a 10 oz oven-safe container that goes straight from your freezer to the oven. You can also reheat it in the air fryer or the microwave. For the crispiest bites, use the oven or the air fryer; the microwave works when you're short on time but won't crisp them. It's a generous single serving, ready in minutes for an easy main dish or weeknight dinner.
Made with all-natural ingredients and no preservatives, additives, artificial flavors, or colors. It's an excellent source of protein and naturally low in fat.
Breaded Lemon Chicken - 10 oz
Jane Foodie began when another curve ball was thrown and another pivot was made.
After surviving a major heart attack at the age of 41 followed by the recession 3 months later, I changed everything — how I lived, how I ate, and how I wanted to show up in the world. Cooking became my healing, and sharing food became my purpose.
What started as a tiny café in a small town of Pearl River grew into a mission:
to make wholesome, comforting, home-cooked meals for real, busy people but make it convenient without compromising on taste and wholesome ingredients. Cooked the way generations before us did it, slow, purposeful and natural.
Every dish we make is rooted in that journey — resilience, family, and love served simply.
To make real, from-scratch meals that support real people. Flash frozen to preserve all the nutrients, flavors & textures. Our only preservative is natures preservative, the freezer!
Whether you’re a student, a parent, a busy professional, or someone rebuilding their health, our purpose is to bring nourishing, delicious food directly to you — with consistency, integrity, and heart.
Food you trust. Convenience without compromise & care you can feel.
Every Jane Foodie meal begins with real ingredients — vegetables, herbs, spices, and homemade sauces — cooked from scratch the way you’d make them at home.
We slow-cook, freeze-fresh, and carefully portion each dish so you get comfort, nourishment, and flavor without the stress of cooking. No fillers, no shortcuts, no mystery ingredients.
Just honest food made with heart.
