    We Ship Monday, Tuesday & Wednesdays Only

    We do not ship Thur or Fri to ensure our food does not sit for an extra 2 days (over the weekend) in a UPS, Fedex or USPS facility that is not temperature controlled

    Please Insure Someone Will Be There To Receive The Delivery

    Our products are perishable and especially in hot months cannot sit outside for extended periods of time. We ask that someone is home or at the office to receive your package and place all items immediately in freezer.

    Does The Food Arrive Frozen?

    We ship with dry ice and orders arrive within 48 hrs. It is normal to have little to no dry ice left upon arrival. Some thawing is normal but food should be cold when it arrives and should be put directly into the freezer. Our food is meant to be reheated straight from the freezer, no thawing required.

    Non-Perishable Items

    We ship non-perishable items out ground unless you choose another shipping option. If you are ordering both frozen and non-perishable items together we will ship together if space is allotted.
