About Jane Our Founder
Jane Carroll is a Bronx-born entrepreneur whose story is rooted in hustle, heart, and home. She first made a name for herself with Jane Carroll Flowers—a business she started in the basement of her home. What began with a few floral arrangements quickly turned into a nationally celebrated brand, landing her on The Oprah Winfrey Show
But success didn’t come without hardship. After surviving a heart attack and weathering the Great Recession, Jane faced the kind of crossroads that either breaks you or builds you. She chose to rebuild—this time with food.
At Jane Foodie
We’re proud to be a top pick among frozen foodies seeking real, scratch-made meals for real life.
At Jane Foodie, we’re on a mission to bring back comfort food — one freezer meal at a time. We believe great food shouldn’t come with stress, waste, or mystery ingredients. That’s why every dish is made from scratch, flash-frozen at peak freshness, and crafted using the same real, all-natural ingredients you’d find in your own kitchen.
No prep kits. No preservatives. Just honest, wholesome food — ready when you are.
Our meals are scratch-made the way generations before us cooked — one pot at a time, using only ingredients you can pronounce. No artificial anything. No hidden fillers. Just delicious, real food.
Unlike frozen dinners that decide your meal for you, Jane Foodie lets you build your own plate — mix, match, and heat up meals your way.
