Our items are perishable and you are responsible to have someone there to accept the overnight shipping when delivered. Our packages cannot be left outside. If your order comes in damaged or is wrong or incomplete please take immediate photographs. We have a 2-day refund policy, which means you have 2-days to request a refund. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase & photos.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain goods cannot be returned, such as perishable food items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
