We ship all Jane Foodie orders using methods designed to ensure your food arrives frozen and in great condition.

Orders shipping to nearby Northeast states are typically sent via ground service and arrive within 1–3 days. Orders shipping farther distances are sent via 2-day air so that all packages arrive within three days of shipment.

Because our food is frozen and perishable, we recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package—especially in warm climates or during hot weather. This helps prevent packages from sitting outside and ensures the best possible experience when your order arrives.

It is normal for frozen food to soften or partially thaw during transit. Our meals are packaged to stay safe and high quality during shipping. As long as items are cool to the touch when they arrive, they can be safely refrozen or refrigerated and enjoyed later.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and ensuring someone can receive the delivery. Once delivered, please bring your package inside promptly and place items in the freezer.
